The tour was really interesting, at first you feel like a tourist, when you see the cathedral and all that stuff. But when you are going more inside the city (direction rambla) you feel much more private. Sometimes it is a little bit scary because of the small streets, but most of the time you are coming to special public spaces with some nice restaurants and bars.
At the end of a narrow road, there is also such a niche space.
The spaces are having perfect locations. After a while you always find one. The orientation is much better with the public spaces. When they would not exist, it would be impossible to find the right way, because everything looks a little bit similar.
I'd like to introduce and compare the first district of Vienna.
The Innere Stadt is the first Viennese Municipality District
The Innere Stadt is the old town of Vienna. Until the city boundaries were expanded in 1850, the Innere Stadt was congruent with the city of Vienna. Traditionally it was divided into four quarters, which were designated after important town gates:
Stubenviertel (northeast),
Kärntner Viertel (southeast),
Widmerviertel (southwest),
Schottenviertel (northwest).

Schottenviertel (northwest).
The Ringstraße circles the Innere Stadt along the route of theformer city walls.
The first district is, with a workforce of 100,745, the largest employment locale in Vienna. This is partially due to tourism, as well as the presence of many corporate headquarters due to the district's central location.
The first district has public spaces also, but they are not surprising so much like in Barcelona. The street are more open and almost all streets have sunlight.
